However, if you never attempt to target those opportunities, then you’ll never have a chance at capturing a percentage of that traffic.

SEO for real estate is all about setting your website up to rank organically on Google and other search engines. It takes time and costs money, but once you start ranking and the work is complete, you’re left with a website that organically bring in free traffic to your business service pages.
Google Ads on the other hand is instant traffic that can deliver results immediately, but you’re paying for every click as well as the management cost. It’s powerful but has different pros and cons compared to SEO.
